urgh. choir was draining.

test-tried baking the Jubilate cookies today, gonna take them out in 11mins.

well gen nette hannah and i stayed back to do art after Little India.
after nette left, we finished up a bit while hannah redid her whole can art O:
bravo hannah ! :D

and so gen and i decided to waste time acting out a real life scene that happened to me in AMK hub before.

it was like our first time there (so yeah, quite long ago) and i bought a donut ! yumm :D
anyway, my parents went up ahead and i was just cradling my dear donut and munching it (1st bite) when this dude (actually im not too sure whether it was a guy or girl, sorry) ran past, bumped into me and made me drop my donut !

i was seriously shocked but i managed to shout back "HEY !" in this really pissed tone at him/her. and the homo had the nerve to turn back, stare at me, stare at the donut on the floor, and run off again. all the time with this shocked look.

my mum scolded me ):
she said i should have gone after the guy/girl and demanded he pay for my donut.
i thought this story was quite hysterical in the end, so, here's the video ! :D

hoho this is the first time in the holidays i have not been updating frequently ! HEE.

typing on my sis' computer now, so i can only post the cool video(s) we took on the day of the Little India Trip later.
i need to configure them or some crap first anyway :/

had NJC academic tests today.
arghh what crap im not gonna get in ):
for maths, out of 34 questions, i kinda gave up at qn 24 and just scribbled in whatever heck answers.
to prevent having any completely blank questions, i just drew a tiny little triangle with no labels whatsoever on the page. so yeah, the whole page only had that one itsy bitsy triangle. hooboy.

and i got the Pythagora's Theorem all mixed up, and lots of the questions involved using it, so yeah, im pretty screwed.
i hope English can save my butt. $100 in total for all the tests leh ! so xin1 teng2 ):

Little India Trip today was horrendously fun. the camwhoring, splurging, munching, melting in the heat; all part and parcel of a good day out :D

The next 3 pictures have some significance.
Under the sweltering heat, Tianz, PlayDoh, CorNetto and I were forced to take shelter under a single, pathetic umbrella.
We then started singing minor chords to express our hopelessness, and switched to choir and SO songs. Then horrid Mr Soh started taking a video of us.

anyway, choir today was highly entertaining. especially jiamei. she was by far the HIGHest of the lot O:

Scenario 1

Jiamei, who didnt come the other day, innocently asked me what was the action for Kentucky Jazz Jam. in a moment of complete blur-ness, i told her the "both-hands-to-shocked-face" action, and she said ok.
Clara then grabbed me from behind and whispered, "Eh you stupid lah, they changed it the gun thing already !" <------ (both hands in the shape of guns pointing to each other) vulgarities overflowing, i turned back to Jiamei, when Clara grabbed me again, "No wait dont tell her ! Let her be the only one doing it ! *cackles* " So, Jiamei ended up doing a different action from everyone else, burst out "SHIT !" and quickly changed to "guns" action when she realised it. Scenario 2

- singing Father Barre song in French -

Choir : ... a jamis volture nor (spelling a bit off :D)

Jiamei : see see ! la JIAMEIS volture nor ! *smiles gleefully*

Me : actually it sounded like la Jiameis Voldermort.

- 5 seconds pause -

Jiamei : AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA !

Scenario 3

Me : You know one part there (still the song) sounds like AhWong?

Jiamei : OOOOH YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH AWONG, ADRIAN YOUR DARLING ! HAHAHAHAHA. go and hug him ! (something along that line)

Scenario 4

Jiamei : Hey hey i can imitate your laughter ! *laughs like a donkey*

Maria and I burst out laughing in normal laughter

Jiamei : Hey wait let's try something ! i'll laugh and you open your mouth and silent laugh !

(Being a nice person, i accommodated her childish needs :D)

The end product split all our sides.

Scenario 5

Jiamei : Hey let's expand our Happy Fruity Family ! (Bitchy Tomato --> Me :/, Aunty Cucumber --> Jiamei, Slutty Pear --> Erina :D)

Me : Eh not wait let's change the name to Fruity Family, then we can call it F-squared !

Jiamei : No no no ! How about Funky Fruity Family ?! F-cube !

Me : Flirtatious Funky Fruity Family ! F- to the power of 4 !

So ANYWAY, continued the rest of choir listening to Jiamei crap about random redundant stuff (:
Like one time, clara suggested that we use this choir song she heard before about fruits for our theme song, and there was this part where it went 'Banana-NA-NA-NA ...' and Jiamei just went crazy and kept on repeating it in my ear.

and so now our finalized members are : Bitchy Tomato, Auntie Cucumber, Slutty Pear, Snow Banana (JingYi, hehe), Happy Cherry (Maria), Evil Kiwi (Clara) ! tahdahhh ! :D

then one part when mrs on called lynette a banana (she's so mean lynette, i feel your pain D:), Jiamei went hysterical again. yeah. :/

joey clara wenen qianyi were fun to talk with during the long wait before the choir went on stage. played stupid games haha (:

BUT. the best joke of the day is as follows:

Me : Actually, is a cucumber a fruit?

Jiamei : Actually, i've been wondering about that since Day One ... *serious look*

Me : *laughs* Aiyah, but it has seeds, so it should be a fruit lah.

Jiamei : We have seeds too ! Does that mean we are fruits?

ok sorry, im a bit high this weekend :D

so i've decided to spend the whole holidays going out with friends and just hanging out. whoopee ! and surprisingly, my mum has agreed to let me go out a bit more than usual, so tell me if you are willing to travel all the way to bugis / choa chu kang (supposedly) to take neoprints with me before they truly become extinct ! heh !

saw something a little disheartening in 8 Days today at a petrol kiosk. apparently, miley cyrus (aka Beloved Hannah Montana <3) has had a rather exposing picture of herself posted on the web, and another of her flashing her bra.

linshan and i were discussing the other day via tags about teenage celebs and their scandals. it's really quite sad to see what Hollywood can do to a person, especially teen celebs who started out sweet and innocent. to see dear miley join the baracade of baddies (vanessa hudgens, jamie spears, marykate olsen etc) is so bleagh D:

it's emo week and almost every SN girl's blog is splashed with emo-ness. i've been affected too, mood-swinging dangerously these past few days. sorry to anyone i offended with my double dose of bitchiness this week ):

got back maths test today, surprisingly he managed to mark it fast. too fast apparently.
the darn guy wrongly gave me 2 marks extra, giving me false hope that i had gotten an A1.
now im a freaking 0.5 marks short of an A1 i so badly wanted to get. eff.

and my new haircut is like BLEAGH too.

but well, at least most of the projects are over.
maths playground turned out pretty well hmm :/
and today's powerpoint presentations were quite ok. its obvious the class liked Genandri and Xiao May, but history was .. oh well (:

i want to give a special huge apology to all my group members for the most recent groupings.

well i cant really remember what happened over the past few days, too much of a bad mood to recall :/
but i do remember that hcjc choir was so damn awesome and amazing and amusing (the SC haha :D)

lynette and i took a photo of ourselves doing the yueminjun smile ( cos she makes fun of my grandpa like that ): ) and set the image as jerlyn's handphone wallpaper, with this border of red hearts around it. HAHA.

PE today had kuti kuti dragonflies which pissed / freaked lynette to no end (:
then when we went to voice, rosie's house had a real dragonfly and netto was so traumatized and scared i had to move her shoes and stuff for her, to give her time to quickly run screaming into rosie's house. it was pretty amusing, im sorry to say :D

hoho. i have lots to rant about this particular day.

i went with maymaylohloh :D
but all our transports were failing us like shit, so we reached pretty late.
- my parents couldnt send us there as planned
- missed the 960 bus and had to wait 15 mins for the next one
- the 960 bus we got on broke down after one stop, so decided to hop onto mrt instead
- smooth ride all the way to toa payoh, where the mrt broke down too, wth
- both sides werent working, so had to go take taxi
- waited 20 mins for a taxi that was going the other way
- finally one taxi auntie agreed to take us even though she didnt really know where the school was


made me pretty steamed up man D: <
but the CIP was fun and almost worth it all. almost. (:

Macbeth Meeting @ Mel's house

reached late cos i had lunch at United Square's Globetrotters to early celebrate Brandon's birthday :D

the food there is expensive but totally worth it and heavenly and sinful and all the things i will need to write in restaurant review coming up.

anyway, made goo and some props and tried on make-up (for the witches and Hecate)
we looked sooooooo cooooool in our make-up leh ! pics are all in llama's phone, so until she kindly stops dao-ing me in her llama way and sends them to me, you cannot see our creepy oh-so-cool faces. :D

mel's dog is cute lah. and so lady-like too ! (it crosses its front legs when lying down for crying out loud)
















pandan goo. quite obviously, myra and jean's recipe for the goo backfired and failed like dunno what.

tuesday's performance was mortifying and we all forgot our lines and were panicking like shit but some people said it was quite ok. i hope they're right ):

and i dug around the com and found this :

yup i've eaten their heavenly donuts before, and MY personal favourite is the plain glazed. it's so light it literally melts in your mouth and doesnt make you feel all full and bloated after just one bite. it's damn damn good ok [:<

by the way, miracles do happen. we found this shop in Bali after a spa, no kidding.
