CHOIR WAS FUN YESTERDAY!
we had this mini workshop about leadership and legacies and living and leaving and other words that start with "l". something to do with "reproducing leaders", no joke. and there were games, 2 short stories told by myra herself, and erm... a "powerpoint". OH WELL, much better than standing on 2 wobbly legs and singing for hours on end, getting disapproving glares from mrs on every now and then. uggh.
i enjoyed the games MOST. especially the 2nd one, it was so coooool! maryanne and me were partners and the game was that each of us stood at one side of the room with the choir (and their own partners) and we had to like, grope in the dark to find each other. oh yeah, and we were blindfolded :D but, being the unnaturally talented and brainy chicks that we are, we came up with a strategy and were one of the few to find each other first. haha, it was so fun seeing all the others come together and hold hands like lost lovers or something. woohoo, funness :D
i hate lynette. she got 145/150 for her grade 7 piano exam D:

we got back most of our PPR, and let me tell u, it sucks. i have seriously dropped. the only subjects that have improved so far are my english, higher chinese and geography. big whoop. i can only pray for my mep and art now.

Social Life at Hogwarts
Harry: He is in love with you, but doesn't know what to do. He's not sure if he should ask you out. He gets jealous very easily and doesn't understand how you can be nice to the Slytherins, specifically Malfoy. He wants to be the man of your dreams and hopes that you like him more than a friend.
Ron: Loves you as a friend and nothing more. He thanks you profusely for getting him and Hermione together and like Harry, he doesn't understand how you can be so nice to everyone.

sighh. we were supposed to finish the SEA poster today. but then at the last minute, hong yee couldnt come 'cos she had to go extract a tooth or something; jerlyn got sick; and jia min just plain didnt wanna come. by the way, im talking about them coming to my house to do it :) so anyway, it was just gen, may and zhuo dan who came. and what did we do? slack.

reading lynette's posts make me feel like a total Ah Lian. i mean, have u even read them? quoted from her: that showcases my overactive imagination which has been working overtime lately, it's getting really inconvenient.
ok so maybe this quote *points up* isnt a really good example, but u should just go check out her blog on my links anyway. and her url is suuuuper funny. oops, hope she doesnt drop by soon.
and im thinking of creating a friendster account. anyone willing to help me?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!
i guess you could call me patriotic, if Singapore was my home country, that is.
so yesterday's national day celebration in school was pretty ok. but we had to sing the songs over and over again. all the sec 4s were like overly-enthu, practically screaming along with the songs and doing weird actions. wonder if i'll be like that in 3 years. the sec 1s were seated on the track, so we had a pretty lousy view. ahh, no biggie. but, i was sitting really close to the spec stand, so i had a good view of sec 4 wisdom. wang ling kept me pre-occupied with her crazy stunts and actions. but no surprise there :)
its just a stupid 2-day holiday, and yet the teachers had to pile so much homework on us. *grits teeth and narrows eyes into slits like voldemort's nostrils*
what did i do wrong to suddenly have sore-throat attacks all of a sudden? choir and voice lessons are gonna be tough now.
