step not on a single crack, tossing salt behind your back.
ok, so technically, this isnt "yesterday", but im a very busy girl, so you cant fault me for not posting on schedule. im not uber free that i can post daily, like a certain cheryl i know :D
well anyway, on thursday, my sis and i went to my aunt's house to get baking lessons. we made cornflake crunchies and mini chocolate chip cookies (alliteration! :D) ! surprisingly, these turned out to be quite edible, so i guess i still have a shot at chef life ;D
(each of the set of pictures shows the 'before' and 'after' stage of the cookies :D
CORNFLAKE CRUNCHIES

we made such a huge batch of these cookies, as you can see from above :) but they are very tiresome to make.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

my aunt made some real choc chip cookies, while my sis and i just fooled around with the cookie cutters and chocolate chips. but they still turned scrum-diddly-umptious :D
the second picture features my favourite cookies :D
dayFOUR (of the bali trip :D)
1 think day 4 was by far the umm, most interesting of the entire trip. after breakfast, we sent my sis and brother to camp nusa, this sort of day camp for little kids. then we took a taxi downtown to kuta beach to go to a SPA, ooh la la. yes, even me :D
so i had a facial, a body scrub, 'milk' bath, and pedicure ! haha, dont call me pampered, my mum wanted me to have "the experience" :/
after the 3-hour long package, we went around to shop. again. :D i practically screamed when i saw a Krispy Kreme shop. Krispy Kreme is this super famous donut shop that can only be found in the US, which is why i was so deliriously shocked. in a good way, of course. thanks to some offer, we bought 2 dozen ! omg, they were so light and WONDERFUL, much better than any donut factory or whatever.

by the time we reached back at the hotel, it was really late. on our insitence, parents went out for dinner, and i stayed behind to take care of my sis and brother. we had donuts for dinner :D
i forgot to mention...
my sis and i had a little trouble changing my brother's diapers, but we managed fine in the end :D (try craning your nech sideways to see the 2nd picture properly :D)
