BOO to my mum and her bad bean moods. sorry hannah, that i couldnt make it to your pre-halloween party. but even though only 8 people are going, im sure you guys will still have a blast :)

i cant wait for my own halloween! only 2 more days! well, technically, it's just under a few hours, and im sure cheryl lim could work it out for me if i asked her. (that's an invitation, cheryl! :D) seeing all those decorations put up in every house just gets me so pumped up. sighh, one of the few privileges of living in an "angmoh" estate :DD too bad my costume totally sucks. have you ever seen a cowgirl in specs? ugh. the angmohs will probably think im one of those freeloaders from the nearby HDBs who just make feeble attempts to dress up, in order to get some free candy, then they'll just give me lousy old fruit plus. THEY DISGUST ME. the freeloaders, i mean, not the angmohs :D

i guess my mum and i make a pretty good team in decorating the tree :D

i am still shocked. i cant believe it. after 9+ months of pure uncooperation and no enthusiasiasm, we finally WON something. ok, i think i can feel it now, coming up my toes, get ready, ready....

obviously, i am still delirious, but what do you expect? it's the first time we won an inter-class competition. i dont want to seem biased, but i think the SO really snagged us 1st place. i mean, no other class whipped out their fancy instruments and started playing, did they? i hope i dont sound like im bragging, since i hardly did anything. anyway, great job to all the other parts of the play, and also to the other classes. everyone was awesome :DD


so the monday thing was a blast :D no pictures will be posted; there are too many to choose from and i would simply faint. thanks again to all for the birthday wishes and presents. remember, you're loved, by ME! <33 oooh i just cant wait for Halloween :D

ugh. UGH. i am so totally pissed. beware people, i might blow any second, and let me tell you, that's not a pretty sight. everyone's gotten all worked up about the STD play. especially yours truly. i know i've been acting like a total bitch, but there ARE reasons for my bad-ass attitude. here's my story:

once upon a time, amanda was approached by stephanie and ying tong to audition for the STD play. "is it compulsory? can i drop out? please?" amanda pleaded. "yup, it's compulsory, you can't drop out." stephanie confirmed. so, amanda (along with choirgirls gen, jerlyn and wen en) went for the auditions for dawan and vichai. after a so-so audition, amanda asked stephanie whether she got a part. "oh, we decided that choir girls aren't allowed to act. they have to sing to help the choir." stephanie replied nonchantly.

like, WHAT THE HELL?!

they FORCE us to audition, then say that we cant act cos we're choirgirls. since when do we have to stick to everything that concerns our CCA? gymgirl stephanie herself ended up as dawan, but you dont expect her to suddenly do cartwheels across the stage, do you? and the worst part is that since she cant sing, a choirgirl has to lip sync for her, which looks uber fake. they wanted me to lip sync for the her (they're using 'gotta go my own way' by HSM 2), but there's no way im gonna let someone else take credit for my voice, or embarrass myself publicly, so i joined props. thanks a lot to my buddies jerlyn and gen, for thinking like me and joining props too. love ya, girls ;D oh and sorry lynette, if we indirectly made you cry today. we love you ok? although not as much as lesbo wen en :DD

my sis and i found this injured butterfly in our garden today. it. was. HUGE. and you should have seen its wings, it was so INTRICATE and DETAILED. but for some strange reason, it started tearing its own wing, how sad :(

crapness man, our ice kachang is more like shit kachang

stayed back for 3 hours or so just to do the stupid ice kachang project for art. and in the end, all the food colouring was like too dark, and the whole thing was screwed. i mean, honestly, who makes ice kachang for art? it just takes away the whole meaning for home econs. not that we'll ever take it anyway :/ but thankfully, danica the chef is redoing the whole thing again, hope it turns out TONS better this time.

got back history and maths papers today. i guess i did pretty ok for both, but i really feel like konking myself on the head for all the careless mistakes in the history. 4 freaking careless marks gone. ughh, im so disgusted with myself.

for now, STD play is the next "big thing". its even bigger than the dikir barat thing last time. im stuck between 2 choices - lynette wants me to join the choir section, but ying tong and stef want me to try out for one of the parts. correction, forced me to try. damn, im really torn. which should i choose, people? help me make my choice :D
