hey girls and guys, sorry i've not been posting lately. i just have so much homework nowadays! i had to install a printer cos i had so much online research to print. plus, i've already used up a whole stack of papers and we had to buy new ink cartridges! its madness, i tell you, madness! anyway, let's carry on, shall we?
firstly, i got into choir. good for u , u might think, but NO. choir was so my 2nd choice! i put ELDDS as first. (if u were wondering, it stands for English Literature Drama n Debate Society, LD for short.)
i bet now u understand why im so crazy abt it. not too keen on the drama, the literature part is for writing comps n stuff like dat, which FYI, i absolutely luuuurve. but even though i went to the trouble to go for auditions, print out a compo for them, get lost in the staff room finding the teacher's table to put the compo, i STILL didnt get in. instead, lin jian got in. n i was the idiot who convinced her to put it as 1st choice. wow. its amazing i can still go home with her n act like nothing's wrong. the reason i wanted to join LD was cos i wanted to try sth new. joyce (who used to be in CO) is in girl guides, hameed (video club) is in volleyball, arina (library, i think) is in netball. its so unfair, they get to try new stuff while im stuck with same old choir. plus, they made it worse by saying sec 1s couldnt join SYF, which is this year! urghhh!
secondly, i decided to take part in the commonwealth essay competition (since i couldnt do it in LD *grits teath*) and i've just printed it out. as usual, the dude in the story takes drugs and someone dies (not him though). it's almost the same plot as all my other stories, but a little different. my mum read it n said it wasnt as good as the one featured in the newspaper. for gooodness sakes, the girl in the news was 16! sigh, so much for encouragement.
thirdly, hameed just told me some shocking news. her friend's friend's cousin (who's currently studying in london) is the girlfriend of daniel radcliffe. impossible! u'll say, n dats wat i said too, but she said her friend showed her a photo of daniel n his "girlfriend". sorry hameed, i didnt have time to tell u, but for all we know, she could have added df inside the photo with photoshop. but... it also might be true. oh well, we'll just have to wait for the news to go worldwide.
gosh, i have so much more i wanna say, but im probably boring u n im wasting my time. so, toodles! gosh, im missing camille loads already...
