step not on a single crack, tossing salt behind your back.
went to little india today. it was way more fun n interesting than the discovery centre excursion yesterday. dat one was basically juz story-telling (ugh, wat do they think we are, 3 yr olds?), watching a movie (dat was quite ok, but only cos of the awesome cinema, which they CLAIMED to be 5 storeys high) n running around the place with a grp to find ans for some ques (rush much! there was only 1/2hr, so we called our grp rush 1/2 hr, haha). plus there was no time for shopping, but at least the pizza there was gd (a little pricey though). anyway, at little india we got to see a temple, eat some great food n even do a little shopping. to add to it all, we had a very knowledgable n humourous tour guide, who asked us to call him Uncle A. he brought us to this indian fast food restaurant called Komalas or sth where hameed n i ordered paper dosais. (is dat how u spell it?) we were the first ones to order so we got our food first while the rest of the class waited in this super long queue. man, those paper dosais were huge! one paper dosai when standing vertically comes up to 1/3 of me! i had loads of help finishing it from camille n AL. (she may look small but she has a big appetite.) then aft eating Uncle A brought us to this small shopping place called little india arcade n gave us 10 mins to shop. some girls bought this little wooden thing which makes a bird whistle sound for $1. but they werent so happy when i told them i bought one in thailand for 20 cents. i bought 2 bracelets, obviously they were green, n coincedentally both had seashells on them. atiqah bought 2 juz like one of mine. i have a pic of one of hers n mine for my msn. some boys were lame enough even to buy peacock feathers!
when we got back to sch, there was still 1/2hr left, so mrs ong let us go early. bee, cam, ati n i went to the bb court to play bb. ati was really gd but i couldnt even shoot 1 basket. i kept throwing the ball above the entire board itself. the 3 of them kept saying dat i was too gd for a small n low hoop like dat to make me feel better, but i know im juz lousy. thx a lot u guys, u really made me feel gd.
